I am a full-stack software engineer with 4+ years of experience building products that have to hold up in production — multi-tenant SaaS for utility operations and finance teams, where a bad deploy is somebody else’s outage.

On the client I work in React and TypeScript: reusable component systems, state that stays predictable as it grows, and the performance work that keeps a heavy interface fast. On the server, I’m modeling domains, designing REST APIs across microservices, and writing the validation and pre-processing that keeps data consistent as it moves between tenants and environments — Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy and PostgreSQL, with Docker, Redis and AWS around them.

Owning both ends is the part I actually like. It means I can take a feature from the schema and the endpoint through to the screen that consumes it, and design contracts that make sense on either side of the wire.

Outside feature work I spent a long stretch on the KTLO rotation, debugging live production incidents against a hard SLA. It is the fastest way I know to learn how a system really behaves.
